Workforce administration
Where Maltar Services Pvt. Ltd. provides RPO and workforce administration services, the client directs and manages the work performed, and Maltar manages the workforce administration framework. Statutory compliance — including provident fund, ESIC and professional tax where applicable — is delivered as applicable to the specific engagement and as set out in the signed agreement.

No recruitment fees from candidates
Maltar Services Pvt. Ltd. does not charge candidates any fee at any stage of the recruitment process. If anyone requests payment in our name, or offers guaranteed placement in exchange for money, it is not us. Please report it to ketki@maltarservices.com immediately.
We also do not ask candidates for bank account details, card details, or one-time passwords as part of the recruitment process.
